i am a female who was trying to find ways to lift the couch, washer/ dryer to clean underneath. I almost bought a lifter at Lowe's that was one lifter on sale for $79 with no case. I decided to purchase these that came in a nice carrying case and two for maybe $20 more. I love the product, it's easy to use . As you can see it lifted my couch so that I could sweep underneath. I didn't even lift it all the way. It's well made and my husband stated he could use them himself in other ways. I ordered them at night and they arrived the following day, very well packaged.

Lifts well, only complaint is handles had more flex than expected. They do not seem to have a metal core. Used to lift and install some heavy fire doors and did the trick

The EnryKuo Labor Saving Arm Jack 2 Pack is great and I wish I would've had these many many years ago as it would've saved me SO much time and struggle. AND it includes a nice plastic case to store everything!First things first, I immediately looked everything over for the obvious stuff, defects, blemishes, missing parts, etc. I'm happy to say that I couldn't find a single issue. Everything that was supposed to be there was, and was in great shape. One thing I do have to mention is that the instructions could've been better. I understand that the product was (probably) invented and definitely manufactured in China, but I feel if you're going to market and sell your product to non Chinese speaking customers, you should ensure you communications - instructions, warnings, warranty, etc. - are proofread by a person who speaks whatever that language is fluently. These instructions, unfortunately, don't appear to have had that benefit. Some sentences and phrases were either very stilted, confusing, or poorly phrased. Luckily since the use and operation of the product is extremely easy, it wasn't too much of an issue. I could glean enough understanding from what I could figure out and the pictures. After playing around to ensure I understood their use and operation adequately I immediately put them to use. I have an old house with a cement floored basement. But, it's an uneven cement floor, and I didn't plan far enough ahead I had to use what I could to properly level my chest freezer, mostly wooden boards and shims. I bought an appliance stand, but absent this tool, I would've had to move the freezer, position and level the stand, then pick up (with someone else's help of course) and place the freezer on the stand. Then there's the inevitable fine adjustments as even though the appliance stand is level, that doesn't mean that the appliance itself is level due to it's own adjustable/leveling feet. So I would've had to place it on, check it, either take it off or have someone lift it so I could adjust the stand or the freezer's feet, and repeat as needed. I've done that, and I don't recommend it as it's a gigantic pain and very frustrating.Well, this cut all that time and effort in half, if not more! I simply use these babies to lift the freezer, slid the stand under it, adjusted, and lowered it down. Repeat as needed.Usage is extremely simple. Position the jacks properly on either side of the object, use the handles to pump/lift the appliance (which is easier to do than I thought it would be), do what you need to - in my case place and level the appliance stand, and then chose either fast or slow descend, and viola' you're done! I also read there's a way to simply use them as jack stands as well, but I didn't test that feature. Now, there's a few things I need to mention. First and foremost - the lifter "feet" are way too narrow in my opinion. I feel they should've been able to be adjusted wider to provide added stability. The reason is that even though my chest freezer is one of the smaller ones measuring 22" X 31.5", once I got it lifted slightly off the ground, it started to tilt and I immediately left it back down. No matter how or where I positioned the jacks, the appliance tilted one way or the other. Since the lifter "feet" are so narrow, there's no way to properly position the jacks perfectly so that it's perfectly balanced. Even if you could, I feel the slightest bump could force it off balance and potentially fall and possibly damage your item. In my opinion, the easiest way to adjust or fix this would to be modify the "feet" so that they can be made wider to properly support the item. The other way would be to get another set of jacks so you could position a jack at each corner. I feel that not only would that naturally double the cost, it would complicate lifting the item. A couple of squeezes to lift it on this corner, then working your way around lifting each corner slowly so as to not tilt it off balance. I was able to mostly avoid this issue because of where my freezer was, close to the wall. So I just kept a hand on it gently pushing it back against the wall to keep it steady and mostly stable. Others may be able to use this same trick, but the larger and/or bulkier the item the more difficult it will be to use this trick. The jacks come with rubber feet to not only cushion the jack's base, but to provide some "non-slip" to the base. Unfortunately, unless you take those rubber feet off before putting them back in the case, you won't be able to close the lid. Not a big deal, but by necessity those rubber feet are a very snug fit and do not go on or come off that easily so it's definitely a pain to have to do that each time. So, even with all that said about stability and the rubber feet, I still feel that they were a great order and I'm glad that I ordered them. There may be another way to resolve the stability issue that I'm not seeing, but even with that problem I still think this is a great appliance jack.Would I order this jack stand/kit again should the need arise? Absolutely. Would I recommend this jack stand/kit to others? Definitely, but I would warn them about that stability issue. Even with that, I still believe this is a 5 star product.A+++++

Have you ever wished you had a extra set of hands to help hold something up while you're working on something? Well, I have , and these jacks are great. They are well-made, from high quality materials, and they work great. I also really like that they come in a nice sturdy plastic storage case too. That seems to be something that is less and less common with tools these days. I highly recommend these jacks if you find yourself needing an extra hand or two for your projects.

Much more than just jacks, this has a fancy tool carrying case with fitted foam inserts. Very professional looking to take on a job site. Perhaps a bit much for a homeowner though. The case means these take up a lot more storage space now. Still the case is appreciated. The jacks themselves seem well made and up to the task as long as you respect the stated load limit. Much beyond that and these will bend/break/fail.
