Carb worked great on my son’s 2011 Polaris Outlaw 50 Quad. It’s slightly different than the factory Polaris unit but it has worked great for over 6 months now. Never did any tuning on it, it ran fine out of the box.

I spent a week trying to figure out why the ATV bogged down at full throttle. Finally I decided to take the replacement and the. old one apart. As you can see in the photo the jet in the replacement carburetor is a 74 and the OEM carburetor had an 82. Much less fuel and the reason it was bogging down. Do not buy this if you have a 90cc or swap jets in your old with this one after a thorough cleaning.

Immediately had our outlaw 90 running flawlessly. Darn pilot jets in these things are tricky. Uses generic style screws too which makes it much easier to adjust the pilot Instead of needing a proprietary half moon shaped screwdriver. Very nice touch.

Right fit but never ran right for 2010 Polaris Sportsman 90. I ended up cleaning the old OEM carb and putting it back on.

Very minor adjustment to idle and slight other adjustment and it works perfectly on my 2013 polaris outlaw 90 would definitely purchase again

With this carb the engine started easily and idled great, both with the choke on and off. But when opening up the throttle it bogged down, and since the old carb did not have this problem it had to be the new carb. Following good instructions from the internet I tried to tune it, which improved the idle further but did nothing for the top end. I sent a message to LabWork asking for any instructions or the starting point of the two adjusting screws (a basic piece of information). Their response was to have a professional install it which I did not appreciate seeing as most backyard mechanics (which I am) should be able to install and tune a simple carb themselves. I returned the product as I consider it defective, and won't buy from LabWork again due to lack of support.
