Installed making sure all connections were clean and had a good ground where needed, at idle the lights would barely come on, and engine speed higher than idle it produces 1.0v to the lighting circuit

The regulator was putting out to much power blew all my lights it was only supposed to put out 14 volts and was putting out 18 obviously there is something wrong with it I don't want to keep replacing light bulbs

After checking all my wires and devices on my sled, it was determined that the voltage regulator was the problem. Bought this one and it did not work to control my voltage below 15 volts right out of the box. Ended up buying a different one that solved my issue. My bad for trying the cheap way!

This voltage regulator dose not work properly your headlight will be very din the fastest you go the dimmer it gets and I tried 2 same result do not buy it

It was putting out 14v DC but was everywhere from 3vac to 16vac
