I received these ladder jacks in excellent condition. Out of the box many pieces of quality weight construction and finish.No assembly instructions therefore I used the pictures from the listing to assemble. There are suppose to be 4-WING HEAD BOLTS("security screws") to secure these jacks to the ladder rungs, however I only received 2 along with 2 extra longer hex head bolts that will work when removing the cross bracket bolts to install.Heavy sturdy ladder jacks weighing 13+lbs each which will easily hold the advertised weight when properly mounted secure onto quality ladders.
