I had purchased this item on November 10th, 2023 for a ladder I was going to hang on my trailer. Product was received on time and looked great after install.Moving forward to May, 2024, while driving to a job, one of the aluminum arms that was holding my ladder, suddenly snapped at the soldering joint and my ladder fell to the pavement and sustained some minor damages. Feeling that this item should have (at best) lasted a year, I messaged the seller to explained what had happened. Customer service was understanding and prompt with helping with the problem. Even though the purchase of the item had happened more than 5 months ago, they were willing to help resolve the problem by offering a refund or replacement of the product entirely. I requested for the replacement because sometimes you purchase an item that might be great, but you just happen to get the one that has a defect. Product arrived within days. Customer service not only stands by there product, but it means something to them to have a satisfied customer. Install is easy, I’m hoping that these perform much better. They’re worth the price and it the item is shipped with no missing parts. With a great service team to back up their product, you have no worries of trying out this product.

I returned this product as it was very light weight and I could see it breaking in the future.

needed a good looking hanger for ladder on the seamless gutter trailer...this is perfect...never rust ...be gentle its only aluminum drill 5/16 holes in the sides to give a strong hold for the strap hooks looks good ..good value highly recommend

Got these to put on the side of my dump trailer to carry a ladder. They are lightweight and easy to install. Only thing I didnt like was they are a little wide for a single ladder as it slides around inside the hooks. This would work good for an extension ladder but is really too wide for a single ladder.

We used these on the side of our livestock trailer to hold our panels and gates when we go to shows. These along with the bungee cords work great!

I acquired this set of ladder racks to use on the wall in my shop building to store a 32' and a 13' extension ladder. It serves as an excellent alternative to the usual ladder storage hooks that aren't very durable. Installation was a snap (I chose to use my own lag bolts)... pre-drilled ppilot holes in 2X4 studs and then attached using 3/8" X 3" lag bolts.Strong, sturdy and durable - this storage solution will last a long time. I highly recommend these and give them a 5-star rating.

Welds broke in less than 4 months on two of the four brackets. Can’t find a way to ask for replacement. Therefore one star

The hardware they give you isn't adequate to safely attach the product to our trailer or any trailer for that matter I had to get a flat piece of steel for each of the bolts to run between the two to actually pancake between the ladder rack and the inside to make it sufficient
