Needed 3-way diverter/connector for my 7800 Gal. Koi Pond, to split pump to Bog Filter beside the Pond. This works wonderfully!. Some reviews said it leaks, but no problem for me. I cut off the section not needed - pick your pipe/tubing size - attached my tubing with hose clamps. Works great! Now I have a nice flow thru the 28 ft. long Bog, water cascading back into the Pond, AND a nice jet of water 3 ft into the air for Pond aeration!

Super intuitive to use, does the job, and while I was afraid of leaks as reported by other reviews I did not experience any after purchase two of these. Bad batch or missing o-rings. On the topic of the o-rings, they're easy to lose and I almost lost one in the box. Make sure you get three in a box for each of the joints otherwise send it back!One had an o-ring missing, somehow got lost in the box even though the connector was supposed to be wrapped in plastic to prevent this, and was unhappy. I found it, connected it and was smooth sailing.My only gripe is it's expense. I feel it's at least $3-5 too expensive, but that's the pitfalls of specialty products...

Product did exactly what I needed it for. I just wanted to split the outflow from one pump to two waterfalls. I read previous reviews about leaks so I placed this Y splitter in the pond. Doesn't appear to be any major leaks and if any minor leaks the water stays in the pond.

Well, I thought that the product was a great idea however it leaks when under pressure. The design is great but not without flaws. Definitely not worth my time to install and find out that all three sides leaks from where the connectors snap into place. Totally did not expect this from a high end manufacturer. Should have tested the product before you try to sell a faulty connector that does not work to consumers. I have a 125 gallon tank and was looking for a " y" connector for my newly built sump and found this . I thought it is great that you can remove the hose through the connectors to clean it easily, however, the "o" rings on the " y" valves are cheap and do not block off water well causing it to drip. I have tried to cut off the 3/4" in hopes that it resolved the issue but unfortunately it still leakes when attached to 1" vinyl tubing. I got 1" vinyl tubing and hose clamps to secure the the tubing in place and the tubing connections are leak free under high pressure. But when I snap the connectors together, the high pressure of my 700 + gph pump running through this valve caused it to drip water. That is an indicator of a faulty product. I just want to warn others before they buy so that they don't waste their time trying to install it and like me have to reach under and back of the cramped spaces in order to make certain connections. Waste of TIME!!!!

Kind of pricey for what you get. Was missing one of the O-rings that seal the connections, so there is some leaking. Honestly, the O-rings are so tiny I doubt they matter much. I'm using mine despite the leaking because it is underwater, so the leaking doesn't matter for my application. As others have noted, cut off the smaller parts of the valves so that your pressure is not affected.

The concept of the Y design is great, gives a great unobstructed flow, the body of this connector is constructed well but the actual inside opening for water flow is approx. a 1/2 inch which is too small. This small opening creates a lot of pressure and causes the cheaply made connectors to leak big time. The one I received has 2 of the 3 connectors leaking quite a bit. As long as the unit is underwater, it is not really a total loss, however it would be nice to improve on the fittings construction.
