Our most popular polishing foam pad. The CCS Cutback Dual-Action Pads are available in a variety of sizes and are perfect for traditional dual-action polishers.
The Heavy-Duty Orbital (HDO) line is designed specifically for long throw polishers. The dual-layer design keeps the pads balanced and stable. A center cooling chamber dissipates heat away from the center of the pad, reducing temperatures and increasing durability.
A versatile and effective pad. The Purple Foamed Wool Pad is made of polyurethane foam and wool fibers. It can be used on any machine and comes in a variety of sizes.

Construction and thickness of the pads are excellent. I’m comfortable ending my search for correcting & polishing pads ends here, after trying numerous others. I imagine I’ll get about 3-5 corrections out of them before a repurchase.To say, for applying wax or sealant, I still use an ultra plush microfiber pad with light pressure, as it just absorbs less of the said product (whereas foam pads just absorb a lot, by the nature of the material).Quality costs, but not nearly as much as a failed pad or experimenting with the many other options, does.

We have used Lake Country polishing pads exclusively for a number of years, and I trust that, first and foremost, they will do no harm. In fact, just the opposite: they consistently produce outstanding results. With five Vermont winters on the car, we needed something more than an orange pad this time. The HDO blue heavy polishing pad was exactly what was needed: adequate 'cutting' performance to remove light scratches and yet also leave a glossy finish. Perfect. I included a photo of the pad after use, rinsed and ready to be used again. We do use the CSS pads for final finishing with paint sealant. Very pleased with that line of pads as well. [As an aside: don't be overly concerned with the word "compound" in Griot's complete compound product, it works just fine on clearcoat finishes. But that's for another review.]

Awful quality..the backing ripped off mine mid polish, sent the pad flying down the driveway leaving the Velcro backing piece on the machine, luckily damage to vehicle was minimal.

I used this pad on a black Dodge van will a lot of minor and major scratches with Meguiars D300 compound. The correction time was extensive without flashing and cutting speed was impressive using the Rupes 15 inch long through polisher. Absolutely no break down of this pad for the duration of extensive work and clean up with dish soap was a breeze. This Lake Country HBO blue heavy polishing pad finishes out very nicely with the D300 by Meguiars and would do so with any compound or finishing polish. Highly recommended. The seller, Nature Outdoor, was very helpful over a tracking issue.
