I used this bottle cage mounted tool kit on a recent bike packing trip. The bottle was on the down tube, and remained dry while going through many puddles. I fit tools and supplies for a 5 day trip in this tool kit, including tubes.

It’s cool, but it needs to be more roomy. I can only fit one set of Allen wrench keys, one tire monkey tire lever, and one 700 x 25 inner tube. i’m gonna try a DIY hack by using an empty water bottle and see if it holds more.

The LAKE OF FIRE Small Bicycle Tool Bag with Zipper (Style B) is essentially a larger version of a cheap sunglasses case. It is thin plastic with a cheap zipper that allows it to clamshell. Inside there is a small mesh pocket on each side to hold things together. It is not a high quality product. But it costs ten bucks, and perfectly fits inside of a bike water bottle cage.I easily fit a metric hex wrench set, LEATHERMAN multi-tool, and CO2 cartridge with room to spare. I can pull it out and take it with me in seconds. Super simple. I hope it holds up over time. For now, I am extremely satisfied with it, despite its limitations as a very cheaply made item.

I really like this case. I was using a small bag on my handlebars to hold my wallet, keys, and iPhone. I recently bought a Garmin Edge bike computer and my handle bar bag wouldn’t work with the mount I chose for my computer. I found this and it’s awesome!I put this case in the bottle cage on my seat tube and use the bottle cage on my down tube for my water bottle. The fit is perfect.One note. I have an iPhone 7+ and it doesn’t fit with my protective cover on the phone. I remove the phone cover when I ride and it just fits along with my car keys and credit card-sized wallet. A conventional men’s wallet will probably not fit. I tested my wife’s iPhone 13 and it fits nicely inside.

to all those that gave me the bad advice to buy this that it would fit my size tire thanks a bunchIf you don't have a pump and you have a very thin bike tube then it would probably be okay but forget about a pump I don't care what they show you in the picture and definitely don't try to put a 27 1/2 by 2 inner tube in there
