Thus far things are working well with the laminator. It heated up quickly and laminated the item without any issues. I just pushed the button, waited for it to heat up and then inserted my item. Good value for the money that was paid. Instructions were easy to understand.

I've laminated all of my son's newspaper articles from his sports & tons of stuff to keep for my kids. I l or that it's so wide & it has worked like a charm without fail. But I've hit a snag & hope to get some help to resolve it. I put a smaller item (the size of a wallet photo) through it, as I have MANY times. But this one got stuck & I CANNOT get it outs I've tried everything, short of ripping th machine open & I CANNOT get it out. Which also means Im no longer able to put anything through it. I've tried to contact the company once several weeks ago, & just attempted to do so again. But I notice that when you go to their website & click on laminators it shows they don't have/sell any products under that category. I hate to have to buy a new one, & I'm afraid I'm going to break it & will be forced to do so without some kind of guidance. I've been VERY happy with this product from day one, & have used it often over the 8 months....but I need to continue to be able to use it. Any suggestions???

I got less than 6 work days out of this thing doing gentle lamination work before the motor running the rollers jammed and caught on fire SEVERAL MINUTES AFTER I hit the off button. It had been running less than an hour in cold mode. Luckily I was right there so I got it outside and doused it, but I did get a bit toasted on the forearms in the process, and the fumes have left me not feeling well. Thank goodness my birds were upstairs far from this or they would've been in a lot of trouble from just the sudden burning of plastic in an enclosed space.When it worked it was just Okay. The rollers won't move anything completely through so you have to hover there to grab it before it gets overheated and warped. The buttons were extremely sensitive so I had to be very careful doing anything with the shelf it was on. The laminator was laminating, that is the kindest thing I can say about it. Not worth the risk. Get something else for sure.

Préchauffement rapide en moins de 5 min. Se refroidit aussi relativement rapidement après qu'on l'aie éteint. Assez léger comme appareil, j'aime son gabarit. J'aime aussi beaucoup le fait qu'il prenne plusieurs format papier.Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat!

Je suis satisfaite des résultats du laminage. Elle se réchauffe rapidement. La tranche intégrée est très utile.
