Had to replace a older, well loved lamp switch, it was one of the little turn switches that this replaced, and it looks and works great!Easy to do, it is a tall floor lamp and I was able to leave the existing cord in the lamp and just replace the socket and switch part. It was super easy and saved money from the cost of throwing it away and buying a replacement!

I got this and literally shocked myself, like electrocuted myself. The wires on the end are not color coded or labeled so you have about a 50/50 chance of doing it right, and there are not any instructions, I went to plug it in & the outlet popped and a fire started :/ So I immediately unplugged and just put it to the side and never touched it again.
