Much more sturdy, solid than the square welded racks. Assembly quick and easy, no issues. Very thick, solid ground stakes. I'm glad I wasn't swayed by some negative reviews.

I order this hose holder and, despite a couple of initial problems, I'm glad I chose this! It was very easy for me to put this together, which says a lot since it's a heavy product and I am disabled. I appreciate that! When it came, 1 of the 3 bottom areas that's soldered together was broken at the solder points. I kept it and wrapped that part with silicone tape. It didn't affect the stability of the product, at least I the short term. 5 days after I put it up, I noticed it had rusted on the screws and some jointed areas. I contacted the company at that point. They replied very quickly! They immediately offered to send me a new one without having to send back the 1st. And also suggested that, because of my close proximity to the beach, the rust may have been caused by high salt levels in the air. They gave me suggestions for what I can do to keep the new one from rusting as well, and they didn't condescend to me! They were just incredibly helpful! They must have shipped the new product the same day because I received it 2 days later! It is in perfect condition and I am simply going to seal the areas that may rust before using this one. Seriously happy with their customer service!!! And I like the way the product looks and works, as well. Aside from the 2 issues I ended up having, this is a well made and sturdy product, and will keep my hose area tidy! Will most likely hold any length hose you may have. Mine is 75 feet and there was plenty of room for a longer one.

Easy to put together, fits securely in the ground. The top hose holder section swivels a bit, but I don't think there's an issue with that, it actually affords a little bit of "give". Good value for the money
