Worked for me. These are real coin bags, not the cartoon variety with $ signs. I led a charity fundraiser and had to take 100 pounds of loose change to the bank, so I bought lots of these bags. They held a lot more than the advertised 5 pound limit. Go with double stitched canvas this vendor has, not the cotton fabric from others.I am buying more for this year. And my back still hurts.

I put all my change in a 5 gallon water jug and take it to the bank a bout once a year or so. It gets pretty heavy, so I bought these to transport my change and they work great. They are a sturdy fabric and look like they will wear well, plus so much easier to manage three of these than the water bottle.

If you are looking for a decent set of bags to store and carry coins in, look no further. I've stored up to 50lbs of coins in one bag, but I now store closer to 30lbs; as there isn't much room at the top to grab the bag when it is that full.The Good- Pretty durableThe drawstrings, canvas fabric, and seams all hold up well when carrying them full of coin. They haven't shown any wear from storing my coins for long periods of time.- SpaciousThese bags could probably hold 55-60lbs of coins, if filled all the way to the top. I've never filled the bags that high, so I'm not 100% sure.The Bad- Don't drop theseI decided to test their durability by dropping a bag half filled with coins from chest height. I am now one bag and five minutes of my life poorer, as I had to pick up the coins off the floor after the seam broke. Learn from my mistake and don't drop your bags.
