This fit my 2001 Blazer 4.3. I don’t have the long filler neck on my power steering reservoir, but the cap still fits well.

The lid fits on but when you go to twist it it is super super hard at least it was on mine I used a pair of channel locks slowly turned it to close once I did that it started working a lot easier now it is tight but I can take it off and put it on by hand just so you know anyone who gets this you may have to get a little bit forceful in the beginning.
