Rest at ease knowing that you will not have to change your nozzle system as often, which in turn saves you money in the long run. Our high quality nozzle is assembled with larger parts for higher volume abrasive blasting.
However, if you have a smaller garage style pressure pot sandblaster, you can take advantage of the long lasting effects of the large, long length ceramic nozzle tip. Simply select a smaller Inner Diameter (I.D.) to reduce the volume of abrasive coming out. This is a great solution for converting your Harbor Freight, Clarke or other garage-sized blaster into a better system with this long-lasting nozzle.

Unlike other systems utilizing soft, brass ball valves, ours uses full stainless steel construction for longer life.
C1 Series Ceramic Nozzles Provide Great Wear-Resistance!
Included is a premium Usa-Made ceramic sandblaster nozzles that last longer than others.
C1 Series Nozzles Measure 3.75 inches long. Width measures 1.125" in outer diameter tapered to .63" at tip end.
Select Inner Diameter Bore from Smallest to Largest:
3/32" I.D. (2.4 mm)
1/8" I.D. (3.2 mm)
5/32" I.D. (4 mm)
3/16" I.D. (4.8 mm)
1/4" I.D. (6.4 mm)
5/16" I.D. (7.9 mm)
3/8" I.D. (9.5 mm)

Reduce Nozzle Replacement Costs
Kennametal's nozzle replacements may cost more initially, but provide much longer service life.
Overall Size of Abrasive Blasting Assembly
The whole assembly measures roughly 7.75" long. Uses 3/4" N.P.T. ball valve which can be converted for use on all size pressurized blasters with the use of a reducer which can be found at local hardware stores. Most Harbor Freight systems use a 3/8" N.P.T. so a reducer 3/4" N.P.T. to 3/8" N.P.T. may be needed. Please contact us if you need a reducer.

This was a great investment to improve my current sandblaster. Ive only had it a few months but I havent had any clogs like I had with the old nozzle. They ceramic nozzle seems like it will last and they aren't to expensive to replace. I am really satisfied with the product.

I like this much better than the Deadman handle that comes on the harbor freight pressure pot. I did have to make a trip to lowes to get a 3/4x3/8 adaptor fitting to install.

This tip is a game changer. It offers control at the nozzle. My issue is that a large hole developed in the metal of the replacement nozzle side and was blowing everything out. Really! I bought this because the stock nozzle was a pos. Now I get this. WTF. I will say this. I need it now and am JB welding the hole and expect no issue but wtf Amazon, I am seeing more and more failure in the products you recommend and mark up. Fail!
