Our pups seem to like it an feel comfortable in it! Which is most important and the reason we got it. However, the shipping process was less then ideal, there was miss communication between Amazon and the seller, also the box that it came in was completely destroyed leaving a few of the pieces to be bent. Thankfully I was patient enough to bend them back and organize the parts fully…. Including counting large quantities of the small hardware.Also I advise being patient and flexible when assembling it. The instructions, although easy to understand, don’t specify which directions some people should go

Some aspects easy to put together. Others are horrible and you really need to have a magnifying glass to see specific details.Paint was a bit marred but overall seems sturdy.Our pup is post cruciate repair and needs to be confined for 8 weeks. The size is ideal for one 100lb dog.Overall this product is reasonable and will help allow our pooch some outside time while not overdoing it.Just understand that there are a few things to look out for in the directions and to read thoroughly before you begin.
