How to wash?
1.Wash them in warm and neutral soapy water with soft sponges and wipe them dry.
2.Hand wash only, dishwasher is unavailable.
3.Do not soak in water or detergent for too long.
4.Sharp metal products, scouring pads, chemical detergent are not allowed， which will damage the coating of popover pan.

These make great Yorkshire pudding. They can also be used for other dishes, too. My only problem is that they aren’t supposed to go in the dishwasher. They take up much less of my limited kitchen storage space than two traditional Yorkshire pudding pans would. That’s great

It worked out well for me. I used it to make individual sponge cakes. I lined each with parchment paper by cutting squares and then nesting them inside and pressing it in with an empty one. Very light but does the job!
