The whole sound of my cello changed when i put these strings on it. It has that glorious sound that it was made to have, and much less work to achieve it. Good strings. Worth the money.

A very durable string that has a deep rich sound. For sure worth the money to invest in strings by this company if you want a rich sound coming from your cello.

I have never been dissapointed with Larsen strings yet. As an orchestra cellist (I do not do as much soloing, though I enjoy accompanyin), these strings are very respected and popular with the other cellist I encounter. They are very good strings, they ring true and deep. Someone once pointed at my C string and said, "whoa you got one of those good strings!" because it was a tungsten (i'm pretty sure) Larsen string. I think they are well worth the price, and I give them the highest rating I can.
