It's a good laser show all things considered. Their are a couple thing I took notice of though. First, the laser ports and the laser emitters are not protected by anything. Hypothetically, debris could easily get in and damage the pattern plates. Realistically, I imagine over time dust will cover the plates and emitters and cause the projection to dim out and/or distort. On a good note, it is very light weight but still feels pretty sturdy. For those looking to use it remotely via DMX, it can use up to seven channels.

This party light/dance floor light/ stage light is well made, is super bright, comes preprogramed to display a wide variety of interesting patterns, or can be controlled using the DMX control interface using a light control board to perform exactly how you would like, if you want that. It can also just be tuned on and run while your music plays from a different source, and it will do its thing independently. It is well made, and it looks great. Add some fog to make it even more awesome. 5 stars.

Good value. Uses AC power rather than a USB power adapter. Comes with small easy-to-read manual to help with the many display settings.

Out of the box, my light didn't work. The instructions said to check and make sure that the lightbulb is securely seated. So I opened it up only to find no lightbulb. Looked around the wire maze and finally saw one that was just lying there, but attach it where? I am not an electrician, but I have common sense. Moving around the assembly I finally notice a port that might be it. I needed tweezers to maneuver the cord underneath the others and over there and finally got it plugged in. Plugged the unit in and voila!, I had a light show! This wasn't anything that had shaken loose, this was a factory ooops.Now that the machine works, I am impressed with the many combinations I can create with it. This will be a fun addition this Halloween together with the fog and bubble machines, the kids will have so much fun coming here! And the kid in me will have fun just the same as I cook my now traditional funnel cakes for them.
