Very impressed with the fit and function of this product. Covers the entire drain and catches basically anything and everything. Both styles are easy to empty. Only wish it was made in USA.

I got these to replace the typical kitchen sink strainer that didn't keep small pieces of food from getting in the pipes and requiring regular clean outs. I am sooo glad I got these - they catch all the food and water flows through without backing up in the sink. Plus, they are so clean looking (much better than the typical sink strainer) and easy to remove and clear out food bits. I like the one that has holes in the metal better than the one with a wire strainer. The one with the wire strainer is harder to get all the food out from in between the wires. The other one, the food just slides out in the trash. Still, they both look good and I'm wondering why it never occurred to me to get a different sink strainer before this.
