Solved our sorting and laundry storage issues all at once. Very attractive and functional piece and easy to assemble.Had a small broken part and the manufacturer took great care of us getting a replacement part in the blink of an eye.

I set this up near my laundry room that also happens to be are main point of entry in our home. We can set backpacks & purses on the top, my hubby & I each get our own drawer and our 2 kids share the other. Then we each have a laundry bin. I added cute wood tags with our names and it's really helpful. Was really easy to put together, the size is perfect, sturdy and is making my life so much easier by not only sorting laundry but keeping our small items safe! All in all this is a 10/10

First, I took the panel out of the box and it was damaged. I let that go. Then I was putting it together and there a hole where the rod is supposed to attach the panel. The hole is too big and the screw won’t stay in. THEN I continue to put it together and it’s bent. Where I live it is hard to return large items. So I’m going to deal with it but for the price I paid it is junk.

The amount of storage and spaced this has given in our laundry room is nutty. Perfect height for me at 5’9†no bending no low back pain. Plenty of space for my family to grab folded piles and take to their rooms. Even hooks on the end to add hanger items. Plus it’s on wheels!

So initially when we ordered this product we recieved the wrong item by mistake. Customer service worked with us and sent us the correct item right away while letting us keep the wrong item. We had purchased a hamper like this from a different brand sometime prior, but chose this product for the drawer space it provided, and we actually like this item better. The hamper racks that you pull out will pull completely out so you don't have to remove and reattach the bags every time unlike the product from the other brand we initially bought. So with that being said I'm very happy with this product and even kinda happy about the mistake as crazy as that sounds because I love the other item we recieved from them too.

The my first order shipped the wrong model (I ordered the 4 section sorter, but the 3 section sorter was sent). Fortunately I realized this before unpacking it much, so it was fairly easy to get packed up and Amazon sent UPS to pick it up the next day. My replacement was shipped with USPS (the first was delivered by Amazon) and the carrier dropped it over my fence causing one of the rails for holding the sorter bags to get bent out of shape a bit. Fortunately it was not too difficult to bend back. Overall the quality is about what I expected, the directions were clear, and it was not very difficult to put together.
