My son loves practicing with these lacrosse balls. They are the same weight and size of a real lacrosse ball just without the bounce. This way mom doesn't yell as much when he is practicing inside. Do not leave outside overnight though....they have seeds inside of them and something tore one open.

These are kind of genius for casual lacrosse practice. They’re the right size and weight, but they won’t roll away forever, which is super helpful for learning and playing in constrained areas, like around streets.

Bought these for my son and I to use in our backyard passing so we didn't have to worry about chasing a ball or damage to the house. Pretty basic but does what it needs to well. Holding up well for now.
