These winter mittens are a really great concept for young kids to prevent snow from getting inaide mittens and keep them from falling off as well.Favorite features:-Sleeves with elastic bands above elbow level keep gloves securely in place and keep snow and moisture from getting inside.-My 4 yr old is very comfortable in these and says they feel warm throughout playing in the snow.-We've had no issues with moisture getting inside, they seem to be effectively waterproof for playing in snow.Things I don't love:-The inner lining, while warm and fleecy, can get scrunched up some and need to be straightened out by cramming your fingers into the mitten and thumb parts and smoothing the lining before little kids can put these on again. A lot of mittens and gloves share this problem but the sleeve portion of these can make it a bit trickier to reach in and do. I scrunch up the sleeve and can manage it but it's a bit of a pain.-Sizing. I ordered these in small for my somewhat small-framed 4 yr old and they do fit but JUST barely. I'm hoping they get us through this winter but may need to size up before the snow is gone.Overall, this is probably my favorite design for children's mittens due to the snow barrier sleeves. Happy that they're warm, waterproof, and comfortable enough that my child is happy to put them on and keep them on.

In these cold, winter months, a great set of gloves for the kiddos is important. So I was really excited to try these out. Right away, they had a nice feel to them. Thick and durable with a nice uniform feel to the material. Being a mitten, it was easy to get on the hands of a small child, even when they aren't completely cooperating. I love the boot on the back of the gloves which extends up the arm of the child's jacket to insure that snow does not get inside the gloves. After playing outside in the snow, in sub-zero temperatures for over an hour, the child's hands remained warm and dry, including his finger tips. I did notice that, after that long of time, the material in the mittens started to bunch up a bit, but this wasn't a huge problem and we just flattened them out again when they were drying.All in all, these gloves are an excellent buy for the price!

These are absolutely amazing gloves. We live in Northern Minnesota and our 4 yr old son adores anything snow related. Unfortunately his paws would get cold when snow inevitably infiltrated his mittens. That and the mittens, although promising to be waterproof and warm, were definitely not. These are the 4th pair we've ordered since last winter. All sadly were no good for such low temperatures.I hesitated ordering these as I had been shopping for winter mitts that would keep his hands warm and dry. As much time as we spend outside in the frigid cold, I needed something that was effective and comfortable. I read many reviews but found many were great for less frigid winters.The fact these go past his elbow allowing no snow in is a huge plus. As for keeping his hands warm, they apparently do a better job than my ski gloves. He will literally play in the snow for hours in minus 0 F to -15 F (-40 F wind chill) and his hands are still dry and warm. Mine are painfully chilled to the point of my fingers burning then getting numb. We go ice fishing too for half a day regularly and again, his hands were cozy while mine were icy cold. He also can pull up the tip ups while wearing these. Much more functional than his old mittens. Plus he does claim they are comfy.These mittens are well made and honestly, I am very impressed. I didn't anticipate these being as good and beneficial as they are. 100% I recommend these. I hope these last a while and do believe they will. If he outgrows this size I will be ordering more from this brand as he grows.

I first discovered this style of mittens over 5 years ago and absolutely love how effective they are at keeping out the snow, and these L-Bow mittens are no exception. Compared to a different brand I tried, L-Bow has warmer mittens for the fingers with more insulation so it keeps my kids’ hands warmer. The quality is good and these should survive at least one winter, which is longer than the other brand I used.I was most excited by the claim that these would fit up to 14 years old though, as my 9 year olds still love this style of mitten but the other brand doesn’t make mittens large enough for them. The size large L-Bow mittens do fit my 9 year olds but there isn’t a lot of extra room. There’s no way it would fit them when they are 14. I took off a star due to the smaller-than-advertised size, but otherwise my kids and I are very happy with these L-Bow mittens!

These L-Bow Kids Winter Mittens are awesome! I still remember how uncomfortable, and cold it was for me as a little kid when I'd get snow up my sleeves, while playing. As long as my son wears these, he won't have to worry about that happening to him! This mittens fit him great, are easy to put on/take off, keep his hands warm, and keep the snow out of his sleeves! FANTASTIC item, as shown/described.My son is almost 4, and slightly bigger than average (wears a 4, or 5T in clothing) and we have these in medium. They fit well, and he will probably be able to wear them next year too.
