works great, and good quality - but what mesh size is it both screens seem to have a much finer rating than listed.is the mesh size in inches ? or some other standard.

I searched all over for a sturdy, affordable sieve to use with my Mockmill grain grinder to sift the flour. I even went to Amazon UK. This is THE BEST deal. Works like a charm. I rest it on top of a large bowl, making it a simple task to sift with no mess.

The wire mesh is great. It's very fine, does a great job sifting, and doesn't rust. However the metal frame arrived with rust spots on it and since I'm using it for food, I wanted to wash it before first use. This caused rust around the edges of the metal. So this is not going to work for me. It also arrived dented.

if you use this, know that the frame will rust, i thought the frame was stainless steel, but only the screen is stainless steel.

I use this for the final stage of my rosin sifting and it works great. Solidly built and feels like it will last a good long while.
