Love this. I use it every morning for my soft boil eggs. The color is beautiful and it has the great, expected Le Creuset quality. Very sturdy and should last quite a while.

I LOVE THESE! Holds my Large eggs perfectly and even holds my XL eggs well too! Keeps the eggs warm and holds them so they don't wobble while you spoon out your egg.The "Caribbean Blue" is lovely, because it has slightly darker at the center curve to lighter it is a close match to that "Tiffany Blue", I love using my Leonix "Chirp" pattern dresser bowls to serve them in. Leaves space for discarded shell, won't tip if I am in a hurry, though these are weighty enough to not have tipping bra concern, yet light enough to not aggravate my arthritis. Sturdy too. Yes they can chip, it's ceramic, but they handle my teens (who often don't pay attention) and the dishwasher well.I expect to use these for the rest of my life.Oh and 1 reviewer suggested the use of one cup for her baking toothpicks... I got one just for that! No more foraging for a tester toothpick to see if my baking is done.I also got the green color... it is lovely too. Not 70's green at all, just slightly muted and mossy like, but I like these with my Chirp better. Picture included.

I came back fro Europe in love with soft-boiled eggs, but lacking a proper soft-boiled-egg vessel. I bought the orange because it was the cheapest, and I am so glad I did. The color is bright, cheerful and fun! The product itself is typical, well-made Le Creuset quality. Love it!

Cute Cute Cute. Cheaper than a china/eggshell china type & sturdier & dishwasher safe too! LOVE the red,got 4 of them. Grew up eating soft-boiled eggs & now that chickens are laying, will be eating more!TRY THIS SIMPLE RECIPE I LOVE TO SPOON INTO/OVER SOFT BOILED: 1/4 STICK UNSALTED BUTTER, 1 TBSP Fresh LEMON JUICE, 2 TSP DILL WEED (I use dried) Melt in covered container inmicrowave (I use Med-Med High Heat in 1100w Microwave for 2min 30 sec, so butter melts but doesn'tseparate) (I use cold butter) enough for 4 eggs depending on how much you like it! So fresh & lemony & perfect on eggs. I use Unsalted Butter, no salt either, but you could add red or black pepper to taste for abit of heat if you like. I don't seem to miss the salt or pepper with the dill weed in it. Hope you enjoy! Oh, I make my soft boiled eggs in my Egg Dash cooker (also from Amazon) (just ordered an egg dash cooker for my son's birthday next month---will include my recipe for my Fancy Bacon Deviled Eggs that Everyone we know Loves when it comes in. Yeah Yeah I know, I write more than I planned on, I'm not half Irish for nothing & the result of two years typing in high school---I should be getting paid for some of my reviews. LOL

I've had several Le Creuset baking items, thought I'd give this a try. First, as others noted, it is very fragile, very lightweight, so do be careful, and hand-wash! Second, large eggs may not fit snugly (I didn't have any issues, but I buy eggs from Whole Foods). My rating is 3.5-4, and was based on two factors, design and appearance; simply put, it is a very simple design, rather nice glaze, but, the base should be heavier, to avoid slipping, breakage; and the neck really should be taller; but that's my opinion.my only other "complaint" is the color; I ordered this in white, based on the sample image, but what I received was not really "white". It is more a "light" grey, I.e., porcelain, which you shouldn't expect, at least, not from this manufacturer.

I’ve been loving Creuset Stoneware products for a very long time but never had an egg cup made by them. I was very pleased when it arrived to see it in the same great quality as all their other products. Good design and weight. Love the flame color. Arrived quickly! Highly recommend.
