Different Sizes For Different Uses
4 oz For Creme Brulee
Width: 3.8 inches; Height: 1.8 inches; Normal Capacity: 4 oz, for mini dessert, and is a good size for individual dessert portion control.
6 oz For Souffle
Width: 4 inches; Height: 2 inches; Normal Capacity: 6 oz, for single-serve dessert, most common size for crème brûlée and soufflé.
8 oz For Small Pie
Width: 4.3 inches; Height: 2.2 inches; Normal Capacity: 8 oz, use for lava cake or small pie, or as a serving dishes for ice cream and sorbet.
12oz For Side Dish
Width: 4.8 inches; Height: 2.4 inches; Limit Capacity: 12oz, suitable for single-serving entrees like baked pasta dishes or single soup.

I purchased this for making Mini soufflés and crème brûlée. With these ramekins I can please everyone, by customizing their dish to suit their taste. The ramekins are well made and look great on the table. The subtle texture on each ramekin is what makes them stick out in appearance. The price is reasonable for the set of four. I like these so much that I bought a set for my son’s girlfriend and she loves them. If you decide to get these, purchase 2 sets. You will definitely want to gift one.

I’ve been looking for a while for ramekins but I didn't like how they looked; but when I saw these I really liked the design. I first got the 4 oz and tried making vegan lemon cakes, the ones in the pictures, they are very good for the oven and then I put them in the fridge and they where perfect in both heat and cold. They are easy to wash, and perfect size for individual portions, and I mean look at them! 😠beautiful design. A few days after I got the 12 oz for onion soup, now I want the whole collection 😅. Very good product!

I got these to do a few pumpkin custards to take to Thanksgiving last year. They are SO cute, and very durable and worked out just perfectly for individual servings (although the 6 oz may have been a better choice, some thought the 8oz was a bit too much). I LOVE that they are lead and cadmium free (shouldn't all dishes be required to meet this standard?!) and they clean up so very easily. I love these so much I have since purchased the 9" pasta bowls and plan to purchase a few other items in the near future.

I absolutely love these. Great value and quality. I wasn't sure which size to purchase as I wanted to use these for creme brulee... I will say that I purchased the 4oz and the recipe that I use was able to fit all four ramekins perfectly. They cooked evenly and everything worked out perfect! They look really nice and I love the different patterns, too.

Die Schalen sehen nicht nur optisch wirklich sehr gut aus, sondern scheinen auch in der Qualität absolut top. Selbst nach einigen Monaten Benutzung ist noch nichts abgeplatzt oder kaputtgegangen. Das Erscheinungsbild ist immer noch wie nach dem Erwerb. Die Schalen wurden sowohl im Ofen erhitzt als in der Mikrowelle und haben eben so im Kühlschrank gestanden. Lieferung verlief wie erwartet.
