This pillow was a game changer for improving my sleep!! I have recommended this to everyone that is seeking a maternity pillow. It is so comfortable, you can lay on it in so many different ways that relieves hip or back pain, and it can tuck between your legs and under your belly, highly recommend!! You won’t regret it.

I'm slightly sorry to add another 5 star log to the fire, but I really do love this pillow. Before I purchased it, I was having trouble getting a decent night's sleep with any number of other pillows, blankets, stuffed animals, etc. all packed around my body, between my arms and legs, and under my neck. I didn't want to like such an expensive pillow that looks so ridiculous on the bed, but it's been fantastic. I'm 5'6" and 32 weeks pregnant, and I can wrap the top end under my neck and cuddle it with my arms while still having the bottom end between my legs and under my stomach. For the first time in my life, I am sleeping without covers or sheets over me because my stomach feels protected by the pillow. However, it may also be keeping me very warm at night - my husband gets all cuddled up under the covers because I have to have the AC on to keep cool enough to sleep. It never occurred to me that the pillow might be the culprit until I read some of the other reviews. Either way, it's well worth the temperature adjustment. As one other reviewer mentioned, it can be a bit of a struggle to turn over at night. I've got a routine going for when I want to lie on my right side for a while, but it takes some effort to unlace the pillow from between my legs and then redo it. Also, getting out of the bed to go to the bathroom when the pillow is between you and the edge of the bed can be challenging. The loose end of the pillow once flopped out and knocked my glass of water onto the floor, thus making sleep difficult for a while as I cleaned up.All told, I really do love this pillow, and it's going to be tough for me to give it up when pregnancy's over and I don't have an excuse to let it take up half the bed anymore. In the meantime, I'm going to keep snuggling for all it's worth and appreciating that I'm a rare pregnant woman without trouble sleeping.

I bought the snoogle at around 14 weeks when my back and hips started making sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Now (at 20 weeks) I don't know how I'd be sleeping without it. It is so comfortable. Besides sleeping (which I use it in both positions- as I flip over in the middle of the night) I use this while watching TV, working from home, etc. and it's a great prop up pillow. I also like the fact that I can use it while nursing. Is there anything this pillow can't do? I carry it around from room to room, as I just can't really get comfortable without it.I am very petite (5'0) so my only complaint is the snoogle doesn't fit me as well as it should (it doesn't wrap around me like in the picture, but instead, overlaps where there should be a gap in the pillow). I wish it fit me a bit better, but again, I'm 5'0. Nothing fits me quite right! HIGHLY recommend this for all pregnant women out there!UPDATE:I'm now 30 weeks, and I can't say I'm as in love with this anymore. In fact, it's sort of a love/hate relationship now. It's gotten significantly less "fluffy" and isn't nearly as comfortable. Even after I wash the cover, within a week the outside cover has little bumps from using it (ie not soft/smooth anymore). I'm part of a mom's group on Facebook and many of the women on there have said the same thing. Just not doing it anymore. I guess I might suggest buying this later in your pregnancy-- so it's fluffy when you really need it (3rd trimester when you're super uncomfortable and it's hard to sleep!) Wish I hadn't bought this so early so it still felt new. :/

I bought the original pillow at first, and brought it to Beijing where I was living. Was about 4.5 months along at the time and the first night I used it, I could feel a huge difference waking up the next morning. My back felt happy and aligned, my knees/hips weren't sore and I had slept better overall. Couple months later we found out we were moving back to the States, so I sold the pillow knowing we wouldn't have room in our luggage for it. By then i was about 7 months pregnant and the few nights I spent without it were so uncomfortable they convinced me to order another one so it'd be waiting for me as soon as I stepped off the plane. This time I sprang for the jersey cover, which definitely increases the snuggle factor on the pillow by about ten times.MY USE CASE (OR WHY IT WORKS SO WELL FOR ME)-I'm 5'4" and have had a very normal first-time pregnancy. I'm also generally a very good sleeper-I like to start the night on my side but invariably end up sprawled on my back, which doesn't work for pregnancy. With the snoogle, I could start on my side but the pillow would curve behind my back and keep me from turning onto it.-It took some trial and error to figure things out but it always turned out best to curve the pillow behind me (much like the main product picture).-I have never used any of the other pregnancy body pillows so can't compare products for you, but I could see how for a woman much taller or shorter, the snoogle might not work as well. I already felt sometimes the pillow was a tiny bit too long. I've learned to tuck the bottom end under my belly, have the bottom curved part go between my knees then run up nice and flush along my back, and then I tuck my shoulder under the bend at the top and pull the remaining length of pillow around for my arms to kind of hug. This has become my default position.-at 8+months, sometimes I swirl it up like a snail shell and lean it against our headboard to sleep inclined. This works well too.CONCERNSHonestly, this pillow has made sleeping so easy this pregnancy that's its hard for me to think of faults. That said, here are some stray thoughts:-the quality. Some have complained about this, but I find no problems with it. The stuffing does get a little looser/floppier after consistent use, but not in a way that has rendered the pillow ineffective (we'll see if this is still the case if I try to use it for a second pregnancy). I beat the pillow up quite a bit too and my husband also uses it throughout the day to support his back while he's working on his computer. We also lump it up and take it in the car when we travel every weekend to see the in-laws.-the price. I agree that the product is a bit overpriced for the materials it's made of. If you splurge and get the jersey cover, it drives it up to just under $70, which I had trouble justifying at first. Having said that, I have not once regretted spending the money (even for the cover, which really does make the pillow extra-cuddly) and would gladly buy another one. In the end, it's hard to put a price on good sleep and a happy back. I can only hope the price reflects more than the materials, and is also meant to cover the thoughtfulness of the design.

I looked for a long time for a pregnancy pillow, reviews were all over the place for every single one, and they're so expensive I just couldn't pull the trigger. I saw the snoogle in a store and it looked like it was full enough that it would actually be useful so I finally pulled the trigger and ordered this one. Can I just saw from the moment I started using it I could feel the difference. I'm in the second trimester and my hips and back have been killing me when I sleep, the first night with this pillow and I actually slept well for the first time in months. Second night I slept through the night. It is 100% worth the purchase, and this one is plush and full (not stiff full but comfortably so) unlike some others that boast being full and supportive that end up looking like limp noodles. If you have been going back and forth on whether to get one just do it, getting to sleep well is so worth it (especially in pregnancy when you're tired all the time lol).

I was looking for a long body pillow to help me sleep on my side during pregnancy as I’m a natural back sleeper and this has done just that! It keeps me from rolling over and I’m able to sleep the night through on my side which is safest for my baby. It has also helped a ton with my horrible pregnancy back pain. I can’t say enough good things.. wish I had ordered sooner! I was worried it would be too soft/flat further to some other reviews but it is firm, which I LOVE, and rarely requires fluffing. It hasn’t deflated in any places yet either. Also, I am 5’8” and find the length is great.Bonus - my dog loves it so I’m sure it will get plenty of use after my pregnancy as well.

Pillow is well made and comfortable. I've had it for about 3-4 months now and it is starting to go flat in the places I regularly lay on (where your head and leg go) but that's normal with any pillow.Cover zips off and is machine washable, a bit of a pain to get back on due to the shape but not a big deal. Overall good pregnancy pillow and helps to keep me from laying on my back.
