I am very rough on most everything so when I ordered these I was a little worried what I was getting. The aluminum rack itself is a beast. I mean these racks are not flimsy at all. The main concern when two yaks are strapped to the top and it's windy is how well made is the product. They came in the mail well packaged and no silly assembly required. All that was necessary was to attach them to the roof rack. It works with two yaks or lay the center support down and just strap one. They also look pretty good up top as well. The kit came with four straps. So far I'm please and would recommend.

This was incredibly easy to install on my roof rack. (Frankly, I had a more difficult time moving my crossbars where I wanted them to be.) No tools needed at all. I installed it by myself (I'm a 50-something woman who is trying to improve my fitness).This kayak rack feels sturdy. I don't anticipate any issues. If any problem I'll amend this review. But at the moment, 5 stars!

I bought this for my wife's SUV. She loves it so far. Seems to be solid. Was easy to install. More review later after some use...

Fairly easy to install. They do require a socket wrench to loosen them to lay flat. They held two kayaks very well.
