I ordered these to upgrade the current LED setup I already had in my headlights. Very nice and bright lights. The driver looks like it is nicely done circuit board. The LED strip itself is nice quality too. I read Eli's review and it's a bit over the top on criticism. First off yes the lights have a delay between switchback. The amber is fast but slow back to white. That is not a uncommon situation when you are using capacitors to make the delay. And really it is hard to properly judge the exact amount of microfarad you would need to work unless every strip was the same length and the same voltage on all vehicles. Yes the driver is not sealed very well. Just seal it with some hot glue and be aware of where you will mount it. I stuffed mine inside the headlight housing after sealing it. I didn't care for the sequence feature so I did rewire the output side of the driver so they will just flash. If you look at the board you can see they have multiple wires outputting for amber, one for white, and one ground. Just cut amber positive wires except for one. Then join all amber positive wires to the one positive wire for amber. Now you don't have sequence. It's that simple. I have only ren them for a couple days consistently so time will tell how they tolerate weather and such. I am very impressed for the price

Pretty cool product actually. The adhesive is very strong so make sure you have the Led Strip lined up before you touch it to the mounting surface. My only complaint is of the end caps, they are wider than the strip and kind of stand out. The lights themselves are easy to install if you have the proper tools and T splices. In my case I also needed more wire and butt connectors because of where I installed them. I’m assuming the inline power box is water proof but I installed it somewhere protected from water just in case. Depending on your know-how and access to you car’s wiring, install should take approximately 1 hour, but if your car’s wiring is difficult to figure out and requires the fender liners, front bumper and headlight assemblies to be removed to access it, like mine did, then you might be looking at a significantly longer installation time. The LEDs are reasonably bright, but not as bright as OEM led strips on cars like Audi’s etc...but can still be seen in the daylight. The Strips themselves are pretty inconspicuous and are not easily noticeable when the LEDs aren’t on.

It’s a nice strip, only thing or two that sucked was the adhesive, didn’t stick as strong but u could just go to Walmart and buy 3m tape that’s what I did and it holds. Another is that the DRL regular isn’t that bright but still notable but the turn signal is bright. I could put reflective tape then put the led strip back on but I think it’s perfect! Easy wiring if you know your stuff if not there is some YouTube videos. 10/10

This only complements your drl but not good enough to be a stand alone drl when the sun is shining. You can barely see the line during the day and most people won’t notice. But works great from dusk to dawn.Another reviewer pointed out the yellow triggers on when it gets hot even if you do not wire it in. I confirm I have the same issue, white on my drive out and yellow after a short trip and they don’t trigger at same time and sometimes it blinks somehow, lol.Solution: I just wire the yellow the whole time instead and not mess with the not so bright white so called drl. This survived for 3 weeks now with 2 days of 16 hour drives constantly on. I wired to the accessory wire.Also note that one side of the strip is brighter than the other side and the wires are designed accordingly (it’s a dedicated left and right strip install, not a duplicate of each other)Picture is based on oem halogen drl, parking light, and fog light mod on old Honda Odyssey. I also recently tried the modern smart chip led drl/high beam but it continues to give drl warning and flickers when not functioning, lol. So this strip will just do it for me for now.
