I bought this to go with the Black and Decker backpack leaf vacuum. It worked very well with a 33 gallon trash can (which filled a brown paper leaf bag almost perfectly). The "universal" attachment took a bit of figuring out to make it stay on the leaf vacuum outlet, but once I figured out the ratcheting device it stayed on well. It did exactly what I needed it to do at at a reasonable price. It really made the job much easier. Recommended.

This is a good product - it works good - just make sure it is tightly secured to the bin - reasonably priced.

Good system. Has it's quirks but what doesn't. Works better with a large round can than the square municipal ones on wheels. Have to be careful not to over stretch hose or it will pull off the cover when on a square municipal can.

We have a large Chinese elm tree in the front of our house that sheds tons (literally) of tiny leaves across a large area. If I don't stay on top of collecting them, I find myself with a big job, and when that happens, this product comes in handy. But it barely fits the rectangular opening of our city-provided, 96-gallon container (on wheels) and one of the plastic cinch was missing from the cover so I've had to hand-tie the product to the can. Moving that big container is tricky, so it comes down to using the blower or broom to make a mound of small leaves and then vacuuming them through this product. Meanwhile we also have a very large fig tree--with very large leaves that really don't lend themselves to vacuuming, so I still have to collect those by hand with my standard blower.In short, the product (basically) works as advertised, but it doesn't work very well for my circumstances.

The leaf system allowed me to grind up the leaves and have them go directly into the trash can. It saved me alot of unneeded work and I used less bags .

Upon unboxing it would seem this was a return with a cheap fix of black duct tape applied to it! Hose clogs all the time. Doesn’t fit properly around garbage or leaf collection bins so I have had to add heavy duty clips to attach properly. The zip tie connection is never strong enough to properly attach to vacuum unit so I have to hold the vacuum/blower & the attachment portion awkwardly if I want any chance of capturing some of the leaves - until the too-small-hose gets clogged & I have to tear it all apart and whip the hose on the ground to get leaves unstuck. The hose is centered on top of cloth part & is so heavy hanging down side of garbage bin that that’s most of the reason for the clogs happening in the hose.It’s a total joke. I didn’t use it til after the lame return window closed so I’m stuck with a piece of garbage someone else had already duct taped. I’d be shocked to learn the duct tape is original design!! Good grief!

This attachment works perfect on my garbage can and attaches nicely to my leaf vac and has a sturdy ratchet binding to really secure it to the vac. And it’s a decent length. There’s only two things I would change. The type of cinch on the garbage can end . It works decent but you can’t get it verry tight and I have a feeling the plastic piece is eventually gunna break or the center wedge is gunna fall out and it won’t work at all. Same with the cinch for the hose into the fabric. I would also increase the coupler circumference sence it’s not the same as the hose. And also change the notches to be the same size. They are different sizes and can only be Inserted a certain way. After uncoupling stuff gets put down and changed direction and then it’s a fight to flip the entire hose around and hold the vacuum... Worth not emptying 10 times to once. But not a easy task

I have Craftsman Leaf vacuum/blower that unfortunately has a small collection bag. I did try other products but nothing fit securely. Houseluxe has a perfect adaptor with secure lack that can be tied perfectly and securely to to the vacuum on one side and to a any 30 gallon collection bin on the other side allowing effortless leaf mulching in much shorter time. The price is just right. I do recommend it
