Different than the original version but great. We have bought Violet and Scout for all of the kids in the family for the last 9 years. They love these! For Christmas I bought 3 of these. 2 as gifts and 1 to have here at my house! Adorable. Audio is exceptional. Easy to clean.

Absolutely love it. Got this as a gift for my nieces 1st birthday. Can program it with your name and favorite color. And it repeats them back. She loves it and carries it everywhere. So worth thr money!

It's very cute, and my 5 month old loves how soft it is. He's in the stage where he wants to feel everything, and this is one of his favorites to "pet".We ordered this because we had to take an 8 hour road trip (moving), and I wanted something that would keep him busy in the car. It arrived a day before we had to leave, and through the packing and cleaning, I only really had a few minutes to plug him into my computer to get the name programmed in.That didn't happen. The second I plug him in, this horrible sound started to play through my speakers waking my son from his nap. I have seen other people have the same problem, but didn't have time to troubleshoot the issue.That being said, it works very well for entertaining my 5 month old. We never got his name programmed in partly due to us not having the time to sit down and troubleshoot, but I'm sure there are fixes that I will have to find.So if Scout saying your son or daughters name is important to you, please make sure you have a few minutes to troubleshoot if you run into the same issue I did!Another small complaint is that Scout isn't very loud, and doesn't grab my sons attention if he isn't fully facing him, but overall I am happy that I purchased this for him!
