I am traveling from Maine to Florida over a 2 1/2 day period and back 2 weeks later. I purchased this for protection against stone chips, etc. The "Tips for Easier Installation, Care and Maintenance" pamphlet states, ""Remove when wet. It goes on to state, .... Remove the LaBra if it becomes wet and the vehicle will not be driven. Allow the vehicle and LaBra to dry completely before reinstalling." Their concern is damaging the paint. If it rains overnight while we are staying at a hotel and will be leaving early the next morning, I have to take it off, dry it, and the car before installing. This does not sound practical. Does anyone have any real life experience with this situation and did it damage the paint if left wet overnight and was not removed to dry the next day?

Did not fit my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Top hood fit fine but the grill part was 8 inches too small. I know leather stretches but it will never stretch that far. Returning to sender.
