I want sure what I was going to get with such a low price but this is a high end product and it's exactly what I was hoping for. This mirror really modernizes my bathroom and defogger works great. There's warm white and cool white lights too. I love it.

I was afraid it would shatter on delivery but it was packed so tight and well with foam and the works that it was perfect upon arrival. Wired to a Lutron Caseta on off switch by replacing the vanity light with this (hardwired).Few notes: it will not work with a dimmer wall switch (that will cause it to act funky and flicker based on the manual). If you’re going to hardwire, you need to use an on/off switch. Smart switch is fine too. Just needs to be on/off.Second- to hardwire, you need to cut off the plug. The white power cord consists of two wires. One has writing on one side of it and the other does not. I cut the plug and used a voltage tester to validate that the wire with writing on it was indeed the “hot†side. The side without anything printed on it is the neutral side.Because this went in a bathroom, I replaced the circuit breaker with one that has GFCI protection. The leds and heater are controlled by a self contained unit in the mirror / what I assume is it’s all low voltage stuff but still, better safe than sorry. To make this mirror even better, I think it would be nice to have a ground cord too. I bonded the electrical box and (using the volt meter again) made sure that the metal frame behind the glass is not conductive. But still. A screw to the frame (or even better a third wire/three prong plug to cut off would be a design upgrade in my opinion.Overall - this sucker is HEAVY. Once it’s mounted on the French cleat looking brackets, it’s nearly impossible to just slide and center. If I had to do this again, I’d mark the center on the wall and on the mirror and line it up before lowering it into position. If you do what I did and just got the sucker on the wall, I found that two cheap bottle jacks from Walmart ($20), some rubber coasters (to prevent slipping) and a level (harbor freight) were the perfect combination to gently lift the mirror off the cleats a little (just enough to release the pressure) and allowed me to slide it. Without the jacks, this thing would not move at all (mirror is 60x40).Overall - i did a lot of Amazon research before buying this brand and don’t regret it. Great quality, bright enough to light the bathroom (though not as bright as the vanity light it replaced), and very elegant looking.I will likely buy two more smaller versions of the same mirror for the his and her vanity in the master bedroom. Smaller because this thing was literally a pain in the neck (still stiff) to lift and hang with two people - worth it, but heavy so maybe get a few friends and a 6 pack if you’re going with a 60x40 size.

This LED mirror fits perfectly in my guest bathroom. The anti-fog feature works well and the varying light color with dimming adds value to the mirror. Overall quality is very good and was packaged well to prevent damage during shipping. Installation was pretty easy. Get many compliments on how nice it looks and the built-in light has good functionality. Looked at similar mirrors and this one is a great value for the price.

Ordered 2 - love the mirror. One of the mirrors arrived broken. The site did not provide an option to replace, so have to return the broken one and had to order another one.

So, we’ve had our mirror for about a year. It installed easily and we’ve been very happy with it. However, a couple weeks ago, we noticed that the 3 touch sensors were all flashing and when touched, the back light would not come on. We took the mirror off the wall and unplugged and plugged into a different outlet. We also tried shutting off the power to the bathroom. We really love this mirror, but hate to have to buy a new one after just one year. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve tried to write the manufacturer, but have not heard back from them. Feeling disappointed…*EDIT: after I posted this initial review of 3 stars, (because of the issue we ended up having after we had the mirror hung for about eight months), I am retracting that initial rating and giving this 5 BIG Stars! Customer service contacted me and was very helpful & communicative with replacing our mirror, even though by this time it had been almost exactly one year since we had purchased it. They updated me every step of the way, including providing a tracking number to let us know that our new mirror was on the way! We now have it installed and it’s working perfectly! Fingers crossed that we don’t have any more trouble, after reading all the positive reviews on here, I’m thinking it was just a fluke. I highly recommend this product!

Works great. I’m waiting to get this wired to the light switch instead of the plug. Using this for the hall bath and it really gives the bathroom an upscale look.
