This certainly does provide a cool looking colorful way to display writing. I ordered it with the intent of using it like a dry erase board for our Littles, but it even says on the box you should erase or wipe your content before 10 minutes or it’s more difficult and it certainly was. It may be a little bit difficult to see in the photos, but after I erased the text, you could still see the silhouettes, and it was a fairly short amount of time. there is no or off button or a way to control the brightness and it only has a 36 inch shorter cord with no USB power adapter. My wife thought that maybe the light that’s coming off the top would be bright for a child’s eyes as well. If I could, I would give it a 3 1/2 star.
