Most disappointing thing I've seen since the Tyson v Paul fight. Exceedingly cheap materials in every aspect; weak markers, dull light, low quality plastic. The surface is smaller than my forehead, and the only scratch resistance is that you won't ever want to write on it. Wouldn't even feed this to my local landfill; this is what we're melting the glaciers for?? An absolute travesty

My kids love this! They use it in their bedrooms as mini signs. The light function is pretty cool and can serve as a nightlight even. It is a little hard to erase but otherwise, very cute!

This is an extremely small led board and not as pictured.I requested a refund/return, but it has to be granted from the seller and of course, I haven't heard from them and it's been two weeks. I attempted to file a claim through Amazon, but the link provided to do that goes nowhere.I'll definitely be more cautious where my Amazon orders are being fulfilled in the future, because this is not my typical and usually simple Amazon experience.Especially unfortunate that this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my eleven year old daughter. Very disappointing product and overall experience. Zero stars, but the lowest I'm allowed to give is one star.

The size of this was disappointing. If it was listed I must have overlooked. Wrote a name . Let it dry . Then tried to erase it . Still see the name and the eraser scratched the acrylic.disappointed in the quality of product .

So I have bought 3 of these. And not a single one has come with all the parts. One came smashed, one came without markers, one came without a battery pack. 2 of the 3 didn’t even come with erasers. I’m so disappointed in these. And then when contacting customer service to make the return they give me a run around and make me pay for my own shipping cost to send them back. I wouldn’t recommend this seller or this product.

Much smaller than stated. Very messy. I'd suggest getting higher quality markets as we did for better clean up. Looks cool at night.

This product works. It's bright and interesting to use. I gave it four stars because it is a bit difficult to wipe clean. Maybe a dry eraser would work better than the cloth that comes with it. Otherwise, we enjoy using it. It's nice for buffets at home to announce the celebration on the table.
