It seemed a little strange when I pulled it out the packing. I have never used anything like this and it just seemed weird. I connected it to the charger using the included USB cable. It charged up pretty quick only an hour or so. There is a light that changes from red to green to show that its charged. The button on the back was easy to operate and selecting a color (or leaving it rotate) was simple. The button on the front "spot" light was a little more challenging. Putting it on for the first time was awkward. The unit in the back got inverted and the band was twisted. My wife helped me straighten it out. Hopefully it will become for familiar over time. Out for my first run at dusk i just lit the vest and did not turn on the spot. It was comfortable to run in, not moving around a lot or rubbing. After about a half hour or so as the sun went down I turned on the spot without stopping running. It took a minute to get the button to work. The button works its just not real easy to operate. The spot is great and you can angle it down towards the ground in front of you. I have never run with a light and it took a few minutes to get used to the rhythmic movement of the light on the ground. I settled on staring at the periphery of the light in front of me instead of concentrating on the "dot" at the center of the light. It did a good job of lighting my way, especially in a wooded area on a gravel/dirt path. On the street it the spot light helped being able to see the road ahead of me even with oncoming headlights. All in all I like it! It seems a little flimsy until you put it on so hopefully it will last.

This vest works amazing and looks great on my running team I am doing a couch to 5k with. However this does not work for me I am plus size 52" chest and this barely closes and would not work for me.

I'm super disappointed. This was a cute bright running vest. Straps adjust, it's comfortable. It worked great for about a month. I only wore it 2 nights a weekish. Long enough to get me just past the return window. But as soon as the initial charge wore down it became useless because it will not recharge. It does not matter how long you leave it on a charger, it turns on with low battery blinks and dies shortly after. Since it will not hold a charge for even an hour it is now trash and I do not at all recommend.

I bought this thing in November and have used it almost everyday since, and it works perfectly.You do have to charge it after every run, but that’s never been an issue for me.It’s super comfortable and cute, would buy again if it ever stops working

The vest itself is great. However, the charging cord that comes with it is very fragile and the metal part broke off for me. I tried using my own USB cable to charge it and that is not working, so now I'm unable to use it again.

This should be marketed for those who are less than X Large size for men . I am classified as XXL and could not get it to fit.I am in the process of returning it. The description needs to point this out !
