This is the best among all other kinds, very helpful, the only thing that I would suggest to make the bottom part heavier and from rubber, because it's moving.

We have a small garage and this helps us know exactly where to stop so we can leave space in front and also clear the garage door. Only issue I had is that the stop sign does not fit well into the stick. It falls off on occasion (maybe I did something wrong). Love the sensitivity of the flickering lights. Really helpful so we know when we touch the stick.

Bought this for my wife when she upgraded to a larger SUV. It helped her get used to parking it in our garage without the bumper being under the door. Easy to put together and does exactly what I needed it to do.

Good for close quarters parking, when judging distance from long car front hood. We park our vehicles end to end ,in the center of our long metal building .

This is a parking assist stand for a garage. It is excellent for a garage setup with shelving on the back wall in front of where your car pulls in (especially if you have boxes or bins underneath the shelving). If, when you pull into the garage, it is hard to tell exactly how close you are to the edge of the shelf or the boxes, you can put this in front of what you don't want to bump with the car. It has a wide base and then two poles that connect to each other. Once the poles are connected, one end connects to the base, and the stop sign connects to the top of the other pole. The stop sign starts flashing when you bump the pole with your car.This works as intended but could be better in a couple of ways. First, the poles push together, and it is challenging to get them to stay together as you assemble them. It would be more secure and less flimsy if the poles screwed together. Second, although the base is wide, it is not heavy. I put a brick on top of the base behind the pole to keep it from sliding on the garage floor when I bump it. Ultimately, it is decent and works as it should, but a couple design changes would make it better.

Do not buy this. A lot smaller than I thought it would be plus the flimsy poles were hard to put together because the pole is bigger than the hole it goes into. The stop sign would not go in so I used a file to sand it down. While doing that one of the connections broke in half so I used Gorilla tape to hold it together. Very disappointing.
