I installed on a string of recessed LED lights. It outputs 12v DC. If that's what you need, this is a good choice.

Had a nearby lightning strike that killed a few minor electronics.This LED driver went into a vanity mirror to power the LED strip lights surrounding the mirror.Had to bybass the touch switch but lights work great using the wall switch. No dimming.

I installed the transformer on 12-01-2023. It is supporting 4 LED spotlights that are 12 volt - 10 watts each. They are working OK. I would buy again.

after replacing my halogen bulbs with G4 led ones, the new bulbs got very hot to the point i could smell something burning. i read that the halogen transformer should not be used with led bulds. i replaced mine with this(LED TRANSFORMER) and instantly the bulbs were cooler and no burning smell. i then ordered a second transformer for the other side of my kitchen cabinets since the new transformer worked with the same results. keeping the halogen transformer could have caused a fire if the led bulbs got too hot and caught fire or at least ruined the new bulbs.

I purchased this when rewiring under cabinet lighting units. This carried the power required at about 85% of its rated power with no difficulty. LEDs are stable and bright with no flicker. Unit can run 24 hours with no problems. I didn’t even notice it getting warm.

I should have read the description more carefully. It does state within one paragraph that it is not dim-able. As my kitchen project took longer until I was able to test I exceeded 30 day return window.I liked the idea of a slim driver that could be hidden within a floating shelf

Installé en lieu et place d'un transformateur pour lampes halogènes, après avoir remplacé les ampoules par des led.J'ai pris du 30w pour alimenter 4 ampoules 5w ( normalement il aurait fallu du 22w : 20w d'ampoules +marge de 10% mais au moins j'ai plus de marge).Je recommande.

I am happy with this LED transformer, it was smaller than expected, I needed it to replace a transformer that powered ME16 halogen lights. I was advised to swap the halogen for LEDS by an electrician but the original transformer didn’t work with them. My concern was that because the lights were switched by a motion controller and I have had issues in the past using LEDS in that configuration, anyway this setup works great.
