If you serve this with a salad and some bread you could easily get two portions out of each dish. They hold about one and a half cups I believe. Maybe two cups. I really like them and the color is just beautiful. I got the light turquoise color which is not the same as the aquamarine which is much darker. The packing job was outstanding. Not one dish was chipped at all or even broke. These would also make very good salad dishes.

I just love these oval ramekins as they are the perfect size to make individual pot pies to toss in the freezer for future use! The color is gorgeous and the quality is great - I have both a red set and a blue set and love them!

Great for eating out of as well as baking. My husband has essential tremors in his hands. These dishes are easier to eat out of than a flat plate. Microwave well but can get a little hot on bottom.
