Replaced the switch assembly on my Polaris Magnum 325. They seem a tiny bit cheap but work and look a lot better than the old ones.

Worked well the first three weeks, then after I left the sportsman outside in a larger rain, my high beams no longer work, the bulb is fine but my problem is the switch. The starting switch is a bit sticky as well.

I returned the first switch due to it failing within the first week. The second switch lasted a month and you have to jiggle the switch to get it to start. Now, 8 months later, the switch will not start. The contracts inside are junk. I'm assuming there is no dielectric grease used inside.

Almost impossible to get grips off without damaging them so buy teplacements. The control unit was an easy install and simple to reconnect wiring. Look for torx screw facing the front of atv that has to be loosened to get old unit off.

This is the second one I ordered (the first didn't work at all) everything functions OK except the start feature. I have to use both thumbs to push in towards the handle bar pretty hard and then up to get the starter to engage and even then sometimes i have to slide it to off and back on first. It works, but... it's ~$20 so it has its quirks. It's worth the gamble in my mind but order a spare set of grips in case you have to swap it out again.
