As a natural side-sleeper. I struggled during the first couple of days after hip replacement surgery because you have to sleep on your back for 6 weeks, and also your legs need to be elevated and separated from each other. After battling with various pillows and cushions, I realized I needed a better solution. The reviews on this were good so I ordered it and couldn't be happier! It is really comfortable and elevates my legs high enough that swelling has been minimal. It also relieves lower back pain! Yes, I can't wait to be able to sleep on my side again, but in the meantime, I'm able to get good quality sleep because of this wedge. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend for comfort. It works to help the swelling to go down and to sleep comfortably after hip surgery. Helps to rest, ice, elevating and with compression.
