I bought these for doing Kratky hydroponics and they have been doing great so far. The black is excellent because it doesn’t allow any light and algae doesn’t grow inside. I would buy again if needed.

I am demanding refund because these are not the size promised and the cheap plastic handle snapped when I lifted it holding one gallon of liquid, making a mess of the floor and my shoes and wasting a gallon of pottery glaze.

These are great for storage. They’re on the smaller side, so pay attention to the size. I’m using these for food prepping and long-term storage!

These are really nice little buckets with lids that snap closed. I originally got these to store grains in, but I am not sure if they will hold up in these or not, so I am going to test a small amount to see how it does.

I'm something of an amateur cook, and sometimes make extremely large batches of chili and soup. I've been looking for sturdy food safe containers to transport and store these, and these buckets are just the ticket. The lids are a bit of a challenge to fully snap down and remove, but I think that's just because I've never used them before. They seem extremely sturdy, worth of a commercial kitchen. I'll probably come up with other users for them too. They're very nice. Unit cost is a bit high, but I plan on taking good care of them, washing them, and reusing them quite a few times.

I haven't used the buckets yet, but I was impressed with the holes on the side of the lid. I ordered them to catch sap from the maple trees I will be tapping for syrup. I had been wondering how I could cover the pails and yet allow a plastic tube run sap into them. These lids have a loop that will hold my tubing perfectly!
