Third times a charm I guess! This is the third bidet in less than a month. This bidet is so extremely well thought out I swear a woman must have designed it. It has everything needed to install and then some. Even includes optional top mount expansion bolts for skirted toilet, which is what I have. Some of the other features, which the most expensive bidets do not include, are: in line water filter (which I didn't use bc our water is already filtered), an extra head for the wand, extra washers, an electrical plug on the LEFT side so an extension cord was not necessary. The feminine wash wand actually is made to reach those areas without having to do a circus act. The infinite controls of the position, water temp and the 'swing' option is very good. So VERY happy and impressed with the operation of the bidet.Installation: In this very rare instance I will admit my actual age. I am a 75 yo female and I was able to have this up and running in less than 30 minutes, with help from hubby and his muscles to make sure the water connections were secure. Another feature of this unit is a 'release button', which was very helpful in placing and securing the mounting bracket, while the other two you had to 'muscle' out making the fine tuning of the mounting bracket somewhat tricky. It also has a release valve to empty stored water if that is ever necessary.One other very helpful feature is the accessory side mount control so you don't need to use the remote. AND the REMOTE! This is one of the few that is backlit! I don't understand why all bidets with remotes are not backlit, but have night lights! When you are seated you can no longer see the night light and since it is night and presumably dark, you have to turn on a light to see the controls on the remote. Also, the remote is held on the wall with a magnet so no rummaging around trying to fit the remote back into the holder.All in all, I highly recommend this bidet even though the amazing price point with the huge discount right now, made me wonder if this would be comparable to the over$400 I was returning. But I am truly amazed at the functions and great attention to detail of this product.Other reviewers have commented on the customer service, which I have not had to use, but the quality of this bidet speaks to attention to customer satisfaction.

I love this bidet and all the features it offers. The bidet was fairly easy to install until I got down to the brackets. Instructions say to place the metal brackets on the mounting plate flat side down and they should have added placed flat and horizontally. I'm a 64-year-old female and installed it by myself. I thought the plumbing was going to be a problem but it turns out it was the brackets. I feel the company could have spent more on their installation instructions with clearer pictures. I did email them and they responded immediately. So excellent customer service. Overall it's an excellent bidet. The heated seat, the swing, and the massage can be used together, a nice feature. I really like all the options and the remote. You do have to sort of force the back of the remote open to install the batteries. I would definitely recommend they just need to update their instructions with clearer pictures and highly recommend this bidet.

I originally bought this for my husband thinking of his colonoscopies but knew I wanted one after the great toilet paper fiasco of 2020. When we moved to the new house and it had an outlet near the toilet, I knew the time had come to make my purchase.After researching many bidets, I decided to go with the Leivi B011. It has great features for a great price.It is a comfortable seat that is sturdy. I love the controls on the side and the remote that has all the features. The remote sticks by magnet, so there is no dropping it because it doesn't click into place properly. I have it positioned so I don't even need to take it off the wall, but if I do, the magnet secures it into place easily.The features I love, are the adjustments to the water flow, position, intensity, temperature, and movement. It has a dryer fan and a deodorizer fan. It has a seat warmer that I will appreciate even more as we get into the cooler months! The seat lid has a slow close feature, so no slamming it down. It has a nightlight which is quite bright. I am glad for the nightlight but it is rather bright. It is blue so can be a little shocking to the eyes at 3AM. A red light would be easier on the eyes or just being able to tone it down, but I'd rather have the bright blue nightlight than none at all!The bidet was very easy to install. After all the researching on installation, I bought additional seat bumpers and adapters. I didn't need any additional equipment or better adapters, so that was a waste of money. Everything Leivi sent was the correct size.The bidet is easy to clean, has a quick release feature which makes getting behind and under the bidet a breeze.Customer service has been excellent! I had an issue with the initial delivery and another issue a couple of months later. They responded quickly and exceeded my expectations in resolving the issues.I have had this bidet for half a year now and would happily buy it again for a different bathroom.

Overall Good design, easy install , works well and we like the warm seat , water etc features. Will keep for the warm seat and water features.Probably could make some improvements like remembering settings ? But not a show stopper

Great bidet seat. I have a Toto unit that cost much more and this one has more features and works just as well. I put the adhesive on the wrong side of the magnetic contact for the remote and service was great and sent me a new replacement (free) within a couple of days. It looks like an easy install if you’re mildly handy. My shutoff valve was sealed shut and I needed a plumber to open it. I watched him and told him the steps as I had watched the video a few times. I did the electrical, dropping a GFCI OUTLET from above the counter to below my hanging vanity. Hid the electric cord in a plastic channel I put above the edge of the tile baseboard. My wife is very fussy and she said wow! The electrical (I did myself) was harder than the plumbing (i paid for that). If you are thinking about it, get it

Bought this brand as I was looking for an affordable electric bidet seat. Liked the price point and the product had good reviews. Very happy with my choice. I recently contacted the company’s support team and received EXCELLENT service - they were prompt and responsive. It turned out it was an error on my end which was easily resolved. Great experience! Thinking of buying a second one as a gift.

The bidet was a great addition to our bathroom and fairly simple to install. The inserts that go into the toilet seat hole were the wrong shapes with the oval thing they have on the plastic inserts just had to snap those for the round part to go in. Bidet stoped working after two months of use like the pump just gave out, I reached out to customer service and told them the issue and after a quick video they sent me a replacement. Product is great and customer service was even better which these days is a big blessing.Thanks Leivi

The seat is great, I don't know why I didn't get one sooner. As a white canadian I followed to routine of using tp for many many years and knew no better. While on my trip down the rabbit hole of things to buy on Amazon I crossed this seat and was intrigued. After some research and watching an on point southpark episode (s26e03. If your hesitant of getting one if these watch this episode), I figured why not give it a try. Let's just say i have never felt cleaner. I never knew until using this bad boy that I may have been dirty in the first place after the buisness. You could eat off my.... um... it's just something you should try before knocking it. The seat not... nevermind.I did have a connection issue but after emailing the company they made sure everything was taken care of and made everything right. And quick too. Couldn't be happier with the transaction and customer service.
