This is a NUST have took, to install a new vacuum seal on the axle, and to seat it at the correct depth inside the steering knuckle! Worked perfectly!Use a 5# sledge hammer though, and hit hard! Worth every penny to have the right tool for the job.

It worked as it should. Be aware you really have to smack that seal driver hard when installing both seals.

I purchased this when I replaced the ball joints on my 2005 F250. Make sure that when you order that you are getting the correct tool for your year range of truck. The 99-04 model trucks use a different seal driver that is smaller and has a protruding step on the driver face instead of a recessed one like for the 05-16 models. No more worrying about screwing up a $60 seal trying to drive it on the axle or installing the axle assembly in the knuckle because this tool does both and if you pay attention to what you're doing, it's 99% idiot proof! Also some reviews are saying that the end you hit with a hammer got deformed after one use or the top piece of the tube broke.. Use a little grease on the seal when installing it don't go medieval on the tool and it won't do that.

This product specifically advertised it was for my vehicle. I doesn't fit around the axel. In no way will this seat the new vacuum seal. It is poorly made and now I have a truck tore down with no way to reassemble. Don't buy this product.
