This lemon squeezer is very easy to use and it works very well. It gets all the juice from a lemon half. I do recommend squeezing the lemon half once, then rotating the lemon a half turn and squeezing again to get every last drop. It is easy to hold and squeeze, and someone with arthritis or most other hand problems should be able to use it.I find this type of juicer works better and gets more juice out than the type with the double cups that do not get all the juice out. It is also easier to use.I have only used it on lemons, but it should easily fit oranges as well.Do keep in mind that this thing is very large. It does store flat, but it still takes up a lot of room.
