Great product. Screen size nearly 24", an all-in-one. Am not savy on the exact details, but this computer is the best I've used, by far. Massive memory. Treat yourself to this item, I highly recommend.

After turning it on for a second time I got an error message following "Checking media presence" that was very difficult to fix, but it is working fine since then, except the cheap, basic keyboard that stopped working in a few days and had to be replaced.

Product arrived within designated time however I could not get the sound to come in. At this time I called Lenovo for help and they needed the serial number. Upon giving customer service the # they informed me this unit was meant for Arab Emirates Sale and had warranty. I was instructed that I needed to purchase an additional international warranty before they could supply any technical service. Needles to say with the unit being 48 hours old it is headed back to the seller who did not disclose this to me.

Have either built or bought towers. This is a nice unit. DVD player is included, despite some comments here that it's not. Fast, nice screen, not a lot of bloatware installed.Might replace another system with one of these once Win10 goes EOL.

2nd all in one I have purchased. The other is working fine in a spare room. The new one is super fast and easy. Very happy with Lenovo computers

The system works fine and does a good job. My concern is that there was no Windows Product Key supplied with the unit. A product key is a 25 character string of random letters, number and characters verifying that the software was purchased legally. If I ever have to reinstall Windows on this computer I'll need a product key. It did not seem to be printed on the shipping box. If it was, I was covered up by other label(s) on top of it. There was no label for the product key on the computer itself.

I have purchased Lenovo products in the past and have been very happy with them. I have seen small gliches happen but I'm hoping it may be part human error or speed. Overall I'm feeling good about the purchase and hope my concerns are nothing
