I prefer these types of folders than the open file kind. If they get knocked on the floor the papers don’t get mixed up and it’s easier to transport. I use a full size blank piece of copy paper and label what’s in each folder and insert in the file to show through, it’s easy to read and change and it doesn’t ruin the folder plus you can write a lot on it. If I have too much and need to use 2 or 3 folders I just add “1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3†etc so I know there are more folders for that subject.

2 of the folders had a side that was not sealed. I had to seal it up with tape.
