This leprechaun trap was great for my 5 year old. He was able to put it together with the assistance of mom and dad. It's fun and has a lot of colors and extras. The only downfall was that there was a slight rip on the small box. A little tape helped and my son didn't even know. Hopefully we catch that leprechaun this year! I would definitely buy this again next year.

The kit was well packaged, came with a ton of pieces, and the instructions were pretty easy to follow.Since I was making this for my 3½ yr old, I opted not to use the 🺠stickers, but applied all of the rest of the stickers all over the finished item. The instructions said to remove the backing off the "FREE GOLD" letters and the arrows, but I didn't want it to attract dust / get anything stuck on it... So I ended up just cutting them out and only removing part of the backing... Which was a little bit of a pain. The coins were REALLY annoying to get out of the packaging... They were paired up and placed in ten compartments, which was a huge pain.Other than that, it's a super cute, fun kit that feels fairly sturdy (the "house" was made of decently thick paper boxes).

Fun for the kids and easy to build with the card stock, die cut and perforated, ready for assembly. Little ones will need help with the set up, but according to our six year old, we needed to have a leprechaun trap. Not sure what we will come up with for a result, but at least we got the trap now. Comes with gold coins to lure in your unsuspecting tiny neighborhood leprechaun.

My kids are SO EXCITED to catch a lepruchaun this year! This trap will save us so much stress when it's time to put one together because the kiddos always fight over their strategy - this way they can assemble and then add to it without architecting a whole trap... maybe theyll even be able to reuse it.

This is a fun little kit made of heavy coated cardstock so the price on the more expensive side for what it is but it does contain a lot of fun detail cutouts to play with and let the imagination soar. The best part is that kids probably age 5+ can do this with minimal help and kids of all ages can participate with help - decorating and sticking things on. Our house Leprechaun Leroy Brown lives with us year-round so my kid was anxious to get this up for him as a place to play. We don't really trap him as much as give him things to do and play with so she was all about this. It was a fun and easy build - probably 30 minutes for a 6 year old, working mostly independently, but I did have to help with the stairs. The listing for this has the height listed as 47 inches for some weird reason. thought I would clear that right up, it is about 14.75". Didn't want anyone's house leprechauns to be disappointed over the size. Bottom line is that this is fun and easy to build, let's the kids get hands-on and take some ownership in the project.
