Ok, first the bad news, then the good news, and finally the great news. Our order got mixed up. We ordered a Texas/Arkansas ornament but received a Texas/Ohio instead. I contacted the seller. They immediately re-ordered the correct ornament, and we received it in two days. In addition, they refunded our funds. All while sending cordial and apologetic communication. That is fabulous customer service! The ornament looks good with high quality. 'Let's Make Memories' stands behind their products!

I love this ornament and so glad I got this piece. My son and his family live in another state on Military base and it brings me closer to my son and makes me smile. It's not always easy being miles away but this gift is beautiful. Well made, sturdy, bold color, and size is nice.
