The Leviton T5633-W Type A & Type-C USB In-Wall Charger is exactly the same as the one sold at Home Depot, but it’s so much cheaper here! Home Depot charges around $30 more, which makes no sense since it’s the same exact product. It works great, charges fast, and is a solid upgrade for any outlet. If you’re thinking about getting one, save your money and buy it here instead!

Typical Leviton high quality. Nice over countertops to avoid having yet another power adapter plugged in. You can use both outlets and charge your devices.

Great features, with GFI protection, green light, and reset/test buttons; plus USB outlets for bath, shavers, etc that use USB charging. Only issue: it’s very deep for standard electric box. Protruded 1/4 inch, see photo. Temporarily used a picture frame to hide the gap between wall & faceplate, until I can find a slimmer comparable outlet.

Solid and great features. Well made. Little price but solid plug. I have purchased other cheaper brands but these feel solid when you plug items in. Also more durable. Easier to install in newer home or newer sheetrock. Kind of bulky because of the USB connecters. Recommended.

This thing is CHONKY. Very deep. I was installing this in a receptacle box from 1980. Those boxes were TINY, and considering it had 3 Romex wires already in there, all 12 gauge, there was no way I could fit this thing in that box.So I ended up getting a 2 gang box, and used Wago wire nuts to take up as little space as possible. Once I had all that in place, it was super easy to install. It comes with its own wires sticking out, which are easy to use with a wire nut, but less convenient (in my opinion) than just using the traditional screw terminal.USB C charging speed is very fast (by my standards) and I'm quite satisfied with the product overall. It's kinda spendy, but worth doing if you need both USB and GFCI protection in one device.Important: The USB C is not powerful enough to charge a laptop. I knew this already, just warning you not to make a mistake. If you need to charge a laptop, get one that offers 60w charging.Cheers.

Estos contactos son excelentes, me dejé llevar y compre varios para ponerlos en mi casa. No he tenido falla con ninguno y desde que los tienes en tus manos notas la calidad de los mismos, no como algunos de otras marcas que incluso los conectores USB dejan de servir o se rompen al poco tiempo. Recomiendo ampliamente comprar estos aunque salen más caros que muchos otros valen la pena porque garantiza su durabilidad, además de tener distintos agregados como reguladores internos por descargas lo cual te asegura que tus dispositivos conectados no se dañen, imagino que tampoco harán magia pero al menos protegen más que los comunes.Por último, recomendarÃa comprar un modelo más nuevo a este ya que esos creo que ya incluyen la modalidad QuickCharge que es muy útil para los celulares/dispositivos más actuales y cargan todo más rápido, de cualquier manera también estos cargarán cualquier dispositivo pero si pueden obtener el modelo más reciente lo aprovecharán más a futuro.

El precio de este cargador está por encima de la mayorÃa de los que se ofertan en Amazon, pero vale la pena porque permite la carga rápida y la inalámbrica de celulares y tabletas (es de 30W). Es importante aclarar que los contactos USB son de tipo C y que se requiere comprar por separado la placa (o cubierta) de la misma marca. Se instala fácilmente. Sugiero estar al pendiente de los descuentos porque si los hay y pueden ayudar a reducir el costo de la inversión.
