The video in this listing is deceptive. Not all the toppers come with the remote to change the lighting modes even though the video makes it seem that the one I ordered did. It did not, very disappointed.

At $37 I would’ve thought this LED tree topper would’ve had some kind of smart function other than just a timer built-in into the plug transformer. But all it does is stay on steady with no fade function, no twinkle function. It does nothing and it should do something for this much money. I bought it because I wanted a three dimensional star, because our tree is visible from basically all around as it sits out between our dining and living rooms. I have paid more for a tree topper before, but they were out of shell and stained glass. This is just glitter over wire with some sequins. It really should be like $18.95.

Product took over 2 weeks to arrive. On the original arrival date, late in the evening, got an email saying there was an issue with shipping and it had not left the sender yet. Company did not allow me to cancel the order. When it finally arrived, it had clearly been opened and returned before. the box was severely damaged and held together with packing tape, not in an Amazon box. When we took it out of the box, we were disappointed by its small size. The actual star is not 11", rather that seems to be the overall height, including the part that sits on the tree. Ultimately decided to keep it because it's too close to the holiday but it looks super tiny on top of our tree. On a smaller tree, it would be perfect. Definitely a pretty star and keeps with the traditional feel of our decorations.

The tree topper is very beautiful and reasonably priced. It came with a remote control that offers eight modes and allows you to adjust the brightness. The delivery was fast, and I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

aggiorno la recensione, in quanto il venditore mi ha contattata e mi ha risolto il problema! assistenza quindi presente, aggiorno a cinque stelle.il puntale è davvero STUPENDO, le luci funzionano bene, luminose al punto giusto, lo adoro! un vero peccato dover dare le tre stelle per colpa del telecomando che non funziona! ho provato a cambiare batteria, ma niente da fare... mi scoccia fare un reso intero per cambiare un solo pezzo, perciò lo tengo così... peccato davvero, però il cambio di gioco di luci funziona anche dal cavo usb che si collega alla corrente elettrica (c'è un bottoncino), però non si può regolare il timer senza telecomando, ovviamente... pazienza, farò senza!
